Mechanical design

3D design is mostly used but if you need 2D design we can provide it to and stress analyzes is done on these models. Manufacturing drawings is produced from the models.

Pressure vessels according to the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) are an area we are used to working with.

The programs used are mainly Autodesk Inventor, but sometimes Autodesk Autocad is also used. The focus is on 3D design because 2D design is more time consuming and cannot be automated as easily.

If desired, the work can take place at the customer's office or work site (see picture from Goodtech at the bottom of the page).

Plant design

Updating existing piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID also named flowcharts) and creating new ones.

For plant design the focus is also on 3D, with the help of Autodesk Revit, but Autodesk Plant 3D is also used in some projects where isometric drawings (special drawings for pipelines) are desired. Plan, section and detail drawings are then created from these programs.

If desired, the work can take place at the customer's office or work site (see picture from Goodtech at the bottom of the page).

BIM - Digitization of building information

Coordination of various contractor`s CAD models, object properties and ongoing collision control during the course of the project. After the project is completed, a management model (equivalent to relation-/As-built drawings) is delivered to the client.

This method of working is fairly new in the construction industry, but has been applied in the nuclear power industry since the 70s, digital twins were also used back in the 70s.

Documentation

Digitization and updating of existing drawings.

Self-monitoring plans for complete projects

Self-monitoring plans for pipelines with full traceability regarding components, materials and welds. Also video documentation if desired.

If desired, the work can take place at the customer's office or work site.

Project management

Professional project management in accordance with IPMA (International Project Management Association).

If desired, the work can take place at the customer's office or work site (see picture from Goodtech at the bottom of the page).
